What I liked

All staff were caring,helpful and easily approachable. They were always willing to spend time explaining what was going to happen.The ward was clean and tidy at all times when I visited.

What could be improved

My mother was in hospital for 2 weeks and when she was discharged, authorised by a Doctor late morning, arrangements were made to collect her. My sister arrived at 2pm and both of them waited until 6pm because the pharmacy had to deliver drugs for use at home. I think it would be a good idea to warn patients of the extraordinarily long time it may take to receive such medication prior to discharge.
