"Poor service"

About: Leicester General Hospital

Be very aware of the none care and the cleanliness of this place. Why do you think they have visiting times? so they can sort of tidy the place up before one gets there. My mothers care was next to zero. Waited 3 days for a transfer to Coalville so called Re Hab!!! more problems there. I stayed with my mother 24/7 for over 2 weeks the staff need re training for bed side compassion. Night staff prefer to leave the buzzers buzzing. In the 16 days and nights i was here the stories of none care that I witnessed eg: dementia patients showing all there private parts and food put in-front of her knowing she would not eat it as she was not capable of doing so. I have many trues stories to tell of what i witnessed. Does anyone truly care any more. The NHS is run on the banking staff.
