My first visit to this hospital to accompany my friend. Fist impression was good as it feels much spacious and quiet. However my impression turned down from there :
1. The washroom near the main entrance was not clean, with no paper towels and no hand dryer. The toilet bowl was soiled :(, with lots of toilet papers on the floor.
2. Unfortunately I lost my purse while waiting for my friend. A person at the reception area did mention about someone found a purse at costa coffee cafe. But as I tried to ask around the staffs, everyone denied of noticing it. A bit confused on why there is no security desk that I can approach to, and why the receptionist could not offer to keep the purse when it was found . The pouch has not much money in it , but the sentimental value is strong as it was a gift from my departed family. I really feel so let down by this.
