"Staff couldn't have been nicer"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

Was referred to EAU by GP, had to wait 3 hours as there were no beds, but it could have been worse!

The nurses, registrar and consultant we saw were all lovely and took the time to explain things to us. The department was clean and seemed to be well run.

Thank you for taking the time to write and thank the staff who looked after you. Our emergency department was very busy this weekend, so we appreicate your understanding. I have passed your message onto the team in Accident and Emergency, who I know will be very pleased to receive it.
