"Overall expeience good, Dissapointng handover..."

I had minor surgery in early March 2016. Overall good experience special mention to the recovery department where I had to stay over night and the surgery team for a great job. However was a little let down by the communication/handover between departments. After being transferred from recovery in the morning to paragon ward there seemed to be little communication of the treatment I required before leaving. No nurse visited me to update me on my status and I had to ask for my next course of antibiotics and delay of receiving TTOs. Overall I was very well looked after just a shame I was let down by lack of communication.
