"ENT appointment"

I arrived early for my appointment so I could be sure of parking. I had no expectation of being seen early. However I was surprised and pleased to be called through 15 minutes before my appointment time. I saw a lovely consultant who listened to me and then examined my ears and nose. I had micro suction straight away and could not have been more pleased. Brilliant experience. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment to discuss the outcome of my new medication and scan. Thank you to all the staff of ENT department.
