"Barely seen."

About: Springfield Hospital

I was sped through this primarily private hospital as an NHS patient.

I wasn't examined, I waited many weeks for the initial referral only to discover my patients records were not with the dr. I spent no more than 5 minutes with the Dr, given information on a torn off paper scrap and sent on my way.

I felt my symptoms were ignored and have continued to be in daily discomfort since. I managed to negotiate a slight change to the delivery of my medication but the GP never received this change.

And to top it all off, this hospital is accessible only by car/bike and there is not enough spaces on site to park.

To me apportion of the blame for record handling is an arbitrary one the end result meant I am still none the wiser as the important results as are all the health professionals I have seen.
