I attended accident and emergency one morning earlier this month. Fantastic service from arrival, to my diagnosis, and to phoning my next of kin with sensitivity regarding the diagnosiis.
I was handed over to the rightful department that dealt with my problem, and again such wonderful support all round.
This hospital is a lovely place. My only criticism is ...the nurse who in my day we called auxiliary nurses, was quite noisy with chit chat on my ward where I was trying to rest!
My next door bed mate said the same thing and she had experienced them for 7 weeks!
But hey a minor detail for such wonderful accident and emergency staff!
"nice caring competent staff"
