"Go to another hospital!"

I had an appointment at in the childrens outpatient department and had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen with two small children. Then when I was called the doctor had the cheek to leave me in the room for a further 15 minutes and said sorry I had to sort out something before I forget! Will make sure I am referred to another hospital!!
