My mother spent 10 days on ward 406 and was very well treated, we as a family were kept informed of her progress and all the staff were very pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The staff appeared to be happy and worked well as a team, although mum didnt want to be there and wasnt sure where she was the staff including volunters all reassurred her, she was discharged to a resedential home yesturday and although not happy as she wanted to go home she is one step nearer.
The care co ordinator is still persuing the illusive care package!! I was informed when mum had left the hospital and she was delivered safely to the care home where we as a family were able to meet her, thankyou for that reassuring phonecall it really helped and welldone to the ambulance staff for getting her back safely.
The physio's and ots were brilliant well done ward 406 and thankyou
