"Excellent"

Three visits in two months to the endoscopy unit recently for investigations/ treatment. I found the care and treatment to be excellent. The entire service provided was very good. The nursing and medical staff were outstanding in their care,approach,attitudes and professionalism. I was called in urgently as a result of screening, appointments came through very quickly, communications were excellent, I was always kept advised of the overal process and the next step, treated with respect. Staff in the pre- assessment unit are to be commended for their care given. In my opinion, this is one of the best hospitals at present.
