"Miserable receptionist at Lister Hospital"

(as the patient),

Myself and my husband have had to visit the pathology department on 2 occasions in the last 3 weeks. I have to say I found the attitude of both receptionists to be totally unacceptable. They are the first people you speak to when reporting to this department and the attitude of these receptionists is awful. They seem so miserable and you are made to feel like you are being a total inconvenience. I know it is a very busy department and they must have to put up people moaning about waiting times but please be pleasant, as believe me we don't want to be there either!
