I attended this eye clinic today for the first time. Birmingham is my home city.
I was anxious about an eye condition I was unsure about.
Staff were.professional and caring. My visit was 2 hours from arrival to departure.
I was treated courteously by all levels of staff. Reception, triage nurse practitioner
And finally Doctor.
All processes were clearly explained. NHS at its best.
