"Excellent Surgery"

I have been registered with this surgery since I was a child. It was an all female practice when I joined, however, it is good to have male GP's too. I cannot fault one of the doctors in particular; they have always got the time for their patients and will always go that extra mile. I am a medical professional myself working within general practice and this surgery I can assure you works a lot better than the one I am employed by! Yes at times it is frustrating the way the appointment system is handled but this is the way the NHS operates. If it is a genuine emergency there are always appointments available and if it is not a pressing needs appointment then they can be booked in advance. Telephone calls are always handled well when I have requested a Gp call me back. Also when I have been referred it has always been a quick process. I cannot fault this surgery and would highly recommend it to anybody within its locality.
