"Upset post treatment after being discharged"

About: The Eastman Dental Hospital

Really saddened by the after care at Eastman. My daughter and I were fortunate to be treated by Eastman but sadly post treatment our teeth have started moving in wrong directions following being left with retainers and wires fitted. Eastman are refusing to take any responsibility for us post treatment issues that have now arisin only a year post treatment. My daughter is now very depressed as her treatment failed. Eastman have told us the Nhs can't help and we will have to go privately to rectify any new problems post treatment! Seems unfair and unreasonable considering they initially treated us. My daughter is very distressed about the situation.
