"Ultrasound appointment"

I had an ultrasound scan today. I felt the need to take time to comment on the excellent care given by the staff, They were friendly, caring, warm and professional. Excellent!

While I'm here, I do feel the need to comment on the very public and undignified changing/waiting arrangements...not good.
