"Main outpatient!"

About: St Mary's Hospital (London)

Every time e I come to my appointment at the main outpatient department my clinic is always 40min -69min delay! My appointment is at 4.30 and the patient next to me is at 4.40!! It is an absolute joke that you are giving out 10min appointment. This is a total waste of time! I suffer with anxiety and find this extremely distressing !! After a long day at work the last thing I want is to sit here for 1-2hrs.

This is an extremely bad service and poor patient care! Also when I do get to see the consultant I feel it is rushed and not enough time to talk about my condition. I understand the hospital must see thousands of patients a day but there must be a better system then this absolutely shocking!
