"Unsympathetic"

I found the service I received rushed and impersonal - the 2 members of staff who held my appointment were rushed and kept discussing another person attending an appointment (who had arrived late) that morning - which I felt was unprofessional. I felt that their focus was elsewhere - I was clearly nervous and felt that they did not have time for my questions.
