(as the patient),

I rang inclusion matters a number of times to be told by an automated voice "The extension does not answer ring again later " and that was it, no chance to leave a message or any sign of a human voice...nothing. It sure is a 'Gateway' all be it a closed one.

I am sorry you were unable to get through to us. I have had the line checked and it is working now and going through to staff.
