About: Kettering General Hospital

I was admitted to Kettering Hospital on Friday 27 February with chest pains.

Without exception, the care and support I was given throughout the six hours I remained in your hospital was exemplary; the treatment I received was first class and I would rate the experience as professional health care at its best.

This applies to both your A&E and Cardiology teams.

I am aware of the negative perception of the NHS etc, but wanted to provide some positive feedback; the way your staff dealt with me when feeling so unwell and pretty scared was just brilliant, and I wanted to say thank you.

We aim to be a compassionate and caring service to all our patients in whatever circumstances. It is very reassuring to hear that when you needed our services, at a time when you were feeling so poorly and fearful, our staff delivering calm and compassionate care.
