I was treated with total respect and sensitivity at a very stressful time when my father had been admitted with a stroke

What could be improved

The administration was appalling. Several appointments were cancelled at short notice and the next one I was offered was for 4 months hence. Not acceptable. The standard of letter writing was shabby and impersonal

The treatment was impeccable, but the admin let the dermatology department down
