What I liked
I have just left the orthepedic ward after a hip resurfacing operation. The staff were specialised and the treatment amazing structured from start to finish with the aim of a complete recovery. I felt human not a number this is an example of a good NHS hospital.
What could be improved
The ward was a bit warm for comfort
Anything else?
The impression is that the staff look on their work as a career not a job. Everyone works as a tightly knit team constantly under pressure but achieving their aim of good treatment.
