"Life saver"

About: New Cross Hospital

Was admitted 25th November 2015 with an aortic dissection.

Emergency surgery performed by consultant surgeon who communicated well with me and my family. Their skill and the team saved my life and prevented possible neurological damage. Care in hospital was flawless with friendly and caring staff.

All in all, first class from the surgeon and anaesthetist down to the cleaners.

My feeling that I was discharged too soon and aftercare was non existent.

I am making a good recovery thanks to everyone at New Cross.
