About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

Today i had to have a visual colonoscopy - the 2 members of staff who who did the procedure were brilliant .

One explained every thing in a very proffesional and gentle way .

Then during the procedural they continued to do so.

The other member of staff was excellent too and they worked together as a time .

I didn't feel rushed at all - just very well looked after.

And was given a cup of tea afterwards in a mug!

A big thank you to you both

Thank you for taking the time to write and thank the staff who looked after you. We are very proud of our team here at Royal Surrey, who strive to provide the best care anywhere. Coming into hospital for a procedure can be a daunting experience, but I am delighted to read that you felt well looked after.
