We would like to apologise for the delay in replying to your comment which is due to problems we have been having receiving notifications of new comments from the NHS Choices website.

We were pleased to read that you received speedy service and that the staff were friendly. It is always good to be able to share positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. We can assure you that we have passed on your feedback to the Matron of the Walk-in Centre so that it can be shared with the staff.
