I'm a hearing aid wearer and prone to ear infections and although living in Sunderland work in Seaham. Contacted the Centre to check if OK to be checked out and told this was no problem.
Arrived at 8.30am and welcomed by helpful reception staff who explained procedure.
In 15 mins called to see practitioner who was very pleasant and quickly sorted the issue and prescribed medication.
Quick visit to the pharmacy and all done.
On my way out the receptionist checked I had everything sorted.
Total time in the Centre less than 30 minutes for registering/examination/treatment all in a very pleasant and efficient manner.
"Very impressed"
