I attended the Opthamology Clinic yesterday afternoon and I am writing to pass on my thanks to the team that looked into my referral for a glaucoma check.
I expected professionalism in all that was done as a matter of course but I really want to pass on my thanks for the friendly and co-operative spirit that I felt was evident from the staff who dealt with me throughout my 2 hour stay.
I am not the best of patients when it comes to having my eyes examined but the experience was made to be as good as it possibly could have been by the staff I saw. Please pass on my thanks to the staff.
It was also a nice touch to see that someone on the staff had recognised that it was St. David's Day and the notice board wished us all a happy St David's Day in Welsh!
