About: Western Eye Hospital

Arrived at 9am with my mother for her appointment as instructed in appointment letter. Took over an hour to see the first nurse. Did not see the consultant until an hour later. Some confusion in communication after seeing the consultant about where we were to go with the notes. Would have expected to receive written confirmation at that point of the appointment the consultant verbally told us would be scheduled. Staff are doing a great job under difficult circumstances.
