"Appointment cancelled but we were never told"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

My son had an appointment on 1/3/16 with Paedatrics Orthopaedics @ 2 pm, apparently it was cancelled which we were never told until we turned up.

Why was it cancelled

Why were we never told

Why were we not advised if there was a new scheduled appt

My son is in his final year at school so not only did he have to leave school early and he wasn't able to return back to school. So to have him leave school at this stage is not at all good.

I am not at all happy that this has happened and we never got any answers as to why, i just hope that we do not have to use this hospital again.

I am very sorry to read that you attended Wycombe Hospital with your son on 1st March 2016 to be told told the appointment had been cancelled without your knowledge. I can totally understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been for you both, especially given that your son is at such a crucial period in his schooling.
