Maybe I was lucky but there were only a couple of people ahead of me and I was on my way in 20 minutes. It was also quiet when I returned a few hours later.
There is a Friends' Cafe.
Warning - the car park was virtually full, including all the blue badge spaces which will cause distress. Consider getting the frequent number 5 bus, which stops by the clinic front door.
