Arrive with a head injured elderly neighbour, park with a disabled badge in a disabled car park, stay with her for two hours 20minuts, pick her up later when investigations and sutures of 3" cut inserted and what to I get? A parking fine of £70!
This is a hospital where people arrive distressed and except for out patients or cold cases there is an urgency and distress factor. What sort of mentality appoints a parking charge service that willy nilly demand 70 pounds from someone who may be bereaved or dealing with appalling poverty or ill health. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is not healthcare. It is abusive exploitative business. Do I just call an ambulance next time? Shame on you. Still, being called customers probably explains the attitude. Not a bean of caring to be seen. Go sell cars.
