"Hospital feedback"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

NHS is one of the worst in Europe and the worst in West Europe.

During my pregnancy I had numerous doctors and personal who made serious mistakes for me and my baby:

-A student doctor gynaecologist who told me that ALT are not transaminases (T stands for transaminases, just to let you know).

- A gynaecologist who told me that they don't like to perform scans but would rather prefer to use their hands…(what is better to touch and not seing or to actually see your baby through a monitor?).

This despite my having a fibroid the size of a melon blocking my baby's exit.

I consulted with others gynaecologist and they laugh. They said that this doctor must be a psychic!

- A midwife who I could barely understood because of their strong accent ( I never saw the same midwife twice and all of them had strong, difficult to understand accents), told me that my results of the test to find out if I have pre-eclamsia ( mortal fatal illness for me and specially for the baby inside. Baby has to be deliver by cesarea 2 to 3 weeks earlier or the baby can die ), they were fine.

This midwife told me that my results for the protenuria (pre-eclamsia test) were ok!

2 weeks later I was concerned about my high blood pressure and other symptoms and another doctor from Spain told me to ask for those results in paper because he/she wanted to read it.

When I call back at the hospital to ask for the results in paper, another person answer the phone and told me "who told you the results were fine?"… I told them " the midwife "….

The doctor called me straight away and next day I was booked for the cesarea.

If that other Spanish doctor didn't ask me for the results, I could had serious problems!

NHS: you enter at your own risk!

By the way: I am coming from a family of doctors and I am a doctor myself!
