"Awful. No answer calls therefore no appointments."

Finally I changed to another "less busy" , "less everything" medical centre.

This centre "starts taking calls from 8am" but actually, the phone is engaged and when is not, you are number 48 in the queue... There is no need to say that after more than 1 hour waiting for your turn, finally the receptionist answer the phone and tells you "there is no doctors available", " you have to call again tomorrow", and so I did... and the day after, and the day after, and the day after.... like that for 2 months!

Sometimes I was number 12 in the queu (Lucky me! ) Still no doctors available!

There is no excuses for this!
