"OMG the nurses are so rude, there ..."

What I liked

OMG the nurses are so rude, there was only 2 on duty i thnk, but that is NO excuse. they left my family member alone passing out whilst throwing up!!

My mum was admitted to A&E and was left all night in A&E with only one of those ridiculous tiny blankets they give you. She was cold all night. She has health insurance and i told her to get an amublance to the local private hospital, a nurse who heard me said, there is nothing wrong with st helier!!!!! Cheek of it. I beg tto differ seeings as my mum had to spend the night in A&E cos there were no beds!!!!

My aunt was in a while ago and a nurse just came in and gave her an injection without even telling her what it was!!!!

What could be improved

Staff seriously need to learn some patience, empathy and mannners!!!! Need to tell patients what they injecting them with. I appreciate they are understaffed but again this is NO excuse.

Wards should be split into people over 50 then people under 50. I have Health inusrance as ther eis no way I want to ever be on a ward with 6 elderly people. I have had this before and i hated it.
