"Complaint abt ward D at maternity ward"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

Was booked for induction of labour was told to call at 7.30am I did that was told no beds was free and to call bk at 12-30pm if they not called me I did just than when called the 3Rd time was told still no beds free and to call bk at 2pm and I did and was told there was a bed and was asking me how long I be even tho they kept me waiting all day nearly. When arriving to the ward they didn't even know they was expecting an induction lady coming in so was having to wait till abt 5pm to start me off when it came to letting me home all staff was busy so they said which was rubbish as they was putting other lady's that was after me to go home first and left me on and on from delivery suit which took place at 7am the next morning till way after 9pm which is disgusting for a hospital. The staff needs to help each other and not just sit around chatting and having a drink as that what moat of them was doing and they only had to do my newborn son discharge papers
