"biopsia done in wrong part of my mouth"

Very bad, had a biopsia done in the wrong place in my mouth, tried to call the hospital and been given 4 different number where one was just sending me to the other for nothing, finally got to speak with one of the nurses who tried to get the doctor who did the biopsia but came back saying they would contact me the same day on my phone number. Nobody called me back! A mistake is been done and Im not having any response, a part of a negative one, from the Hospital. No one there seems to be interested on what happened and I do not have anybody trying to help me, actually I only had bad and rude response from the recepcionist on the phone, accusing me to be doctoring my self! No help at all!Very careless attitude from the Hospital.
