About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I had so many questions regarding my existing medication before this procedure that I had asked my own doctor for information . After 7 days of no response I called Queens. They were so helpful and receptionist was extremely patient repeating answers due to bad line. On arrival at hospital procedure was explained and I was given time to digest information. Nurses were very friendly and I was kept informed about delay. During procedure I was re-assured everything was going well and told exactly what was happening. I have had this procedure before in the 80.s privately and I must say my experience at Queens was first class.
