"Everything explained well at Penrith"

About: Penrith Hospital

(as the patient),

I arrived at the hospital a little early, (set off early because of the bad weather). The reception staff were very helpful, told me I was to have x-rays done first. Took a seat in the waiting room (very clean, the TV is a good idea). Was only sat for a couple of minutes and taken straight down to x-ray.

Everything was explained about what was to happen. Taken to the next waiting room, waited about 5-10 minutes and consultant called me in. He did not introduce himself and I had to concentrate really hard to understand what he was saying his accent was very strong. I managed to get glimpse of his identification card to see who he was.

It might be helpful if on your appointment letter you had a list of the Dr’s you might see, as I was expecting to see a different doctor.
