My GP is expected to do everything for me. So when I am in crisis my GP trys to refer me to the crisis team but they often say there is a delay in being able to see me or assess me and the advice is to go to A&E. This is very bad advice as A&E is very frightening and I shouldn't have to wait until I want to kill myself before I get help. There is a 6 month wait for apt with Psychiatrist and I am someone who the Trust used to see so know me.
I feel that when people complain the Trust just writes replies here that don't mean anything and have nothing to do with what really happens i feel.
