"Kindness and consideration for my father"

About: Castle Hill Hospital / Breast surgery

(as a relative),

Having recently visited the Breast Clinic at Castle Hill Hospital on a couple of occasions with my 84 year old father as the patient I would like to say how impressed we both were with the kindness and consideration shown to him - especially by the doctors.

The only niggle was the lack of space in the second waiting room - I thought it was very over crowded. I think it would have been better not to have been called through so quickly as there was plenty of space in the entrance waiting area.
