"Caring and sensitive treatment"

Prior to the procedure, I was treated in a courteous manner both by the Reception staff and medical staff.

As a result of a problem with equipment, my procedure was delayed and I was kept informed of this.

All the medical staff were friendly and efficient and went to great lengths to put me at ease and make me feel comfortable.

The procedure itself could have caused me embarrassment, but this was kept to a minimum by the sensitive way in which I was treated.

As I was undergoing the procedure, everything was explained so that I knew what was happening/going to happen.

Following the procedure, I was taken to the recovery room and care was taken that I was feeling OK before I was released.

I could not fault the staff or the treatment I had.
