Had occasion to visit the A & E dept yesterday and cannot praise all the staff highly enough. From the moment I arrived they were attentive, compassionate and deserve a medal.
Fortunately I was ok and discharged home but wanted to thank everyone from the porters to the doctor for their kindness.
This comes from a seasoned nurse who has worked in several hospitals which don't hold a candle to the West Suffolk Hospital.
