"Gyna doctor was horrible"

My partner came to see a doctor about on going problems and thought she would get some answers. She came to see the gynachologist doctor but the doctor was very unhelpful and was very rude. She waited 1 month for this appointment and was in absolute agony and pain for a month. The gyna didn't give us much feedback and didn't offer any medication to help with the on going problem. She then went after her appointment to see her GP who was very concerned. The doctor was surprised that nothing has been sorted out when she visited the gynachologist. The only thing the gynachologist offered was a scan. She got her appointment the other day and has a 4 months waiting time. How do you expect someone in agony to wait that long?. I'm disappointed your a poor hospital, and the NHS is failing. You left my partner feeling more worried before she went in. How do you know if it could be something serious? This could stop her from living a normal life.
