"B15 - lack of communication"

About: New Cross Hospital

My father was admitted on 3rd Feb, and the family are not given any information about his care or treatment.

We travel up to visit daily from Worcester only to be told nothing wwhen we are there.

My father is very tired and sleepy and when we ask him he cannot remember what he has been told and gets confused and annoyed with our questioning.

Why doesn't someone call my mother of me with any updates ?

The lack of information is starting to make my mother ill now.

It's nearly 4 weeks and nobody has told us anything. This is a disgrace.
