What I liked
Admitted via theatre unit for planned surgery. Receptionist opened door early as weather cold and snowy,appreciated by all patients who were waiting. Staff on pre assessment unit great nothing too much trouble. All staff explained who they were and what there role would be in theatre. Kept informed at all times due to severe weather chance op could be cancelled but no it went ahead dedicated staff or what! Theatre staff funny and joking with me to make me feel at ease. They even put a mask on my sheep slippers and i am over 35! What a great bunch of people. Nothing too much trouble in recovery.Staff on N2 brill again nothing too much trouble.Whatever i asked for was brought to me straight away. What dedicated professionals a true credit to the hospital, themselves. and everyone they care for!
