What I liked
Some Staff were very helpful.
What could be improved
As I my hearing is impaired I found the outpatients reception area very noisey which made communication difficult.
An induction loop would be useful.
Anything else?
Due to my hearing and the doctors strong accent I found it difficult to understand what was being said. He appeared to get anoyed by me asking him to reapeat what he was saying, so from there on I guessed what was being said. Needless to say I cancelled an operation as I had lost faith in this person.
