"Ophthalmology Outpatients at Grantham Hospital"

Just wanted to compliment the Ophthalmic Outpatient team at Grantham Hospital. I took my 4 year old daughter for an appointment today with the Orthoptist, Catherine, who was lovely and professional as ever. She was first seen by a wonderful nurse who's name I unfortunately cannot remember but she was fantastic & made her feel comfortable and safe. The nurse had a brilliant manner with her despite having the unpleasant job of having to give her the rather nasty eye drops. Mr Tekriwal saw her finally and was also lovely and very good with her. A brilliant team effort making my 4 year old feel happy and cared for and putting me at ease as a parent. Thank you.
