There is no ultrasound or your hospital record available from 5:30 Friday to 9:30 Monday.
On at least one weekend last year the "Senior House Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology" was an unsupervised student GP doing a rotation in this Department.
Despite a maximum pain score of 10, their patient had to wait some 13 hours in agony for an adequate level of pain relief and then it was intermittent.
No basic gynaecological examination was performed for the whole weekend.
No ultrasound either.
Wait until Monday morning!
It is great during week days!
I regret having to submit this complaint but it is based on the actual, undisputed facts of this hospital's weekend performance which totally failed to meet patient need, dignity and respect. With regards PB
