"walk in centre & A &E"

I visited the walk in centre & A & E departments with my father today 28/02/16 who was not well, very busy on arrival, after a short wait my fathers name was called and from there on he was treated very well and thorough with dignity and care, as my father is deaf it can be difficult to understand him, the staff took there time to talk and understand him, I would like to say thankyou, you all do an excellent job.. :-) xx
