"Disgusting staff at Cley ward!!!!!!"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

The attitude at the Cley ward is disgusting. All staff need serious training. I will be making a formal complaint with full description!!

The room was filthy, blood stains on the floor, an empty straw carton, mud and general filth. Room was not cleaned for 3 days.

My needs were not met and the staff need to learn people skills. I've been told wrong by several 'professionals' and contradictory 'advice'.

We are very sorry to hear that our levels of cleanliness were not up up standard when you stayed on Cley Ward. We take this issue very seriously and a copy of your feedback has been passed to the Head of Midwifery.
